Mayor Menino teams with Operation Warm, The Boston Foundation, to provide winter coats to 5,000 city children in BHA Housing

Mayor Thomas M. Menino, The Boston Foundation, and Operation Warm kicked off an effort to distribute brand new winter coats to more than 5,000 children who live in Boston Housing Authority developments.
